I'm a husband, father, nonprofit leader, coach, and lifelong believer in the power of relationships. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading teams, raising funds for meaningful causes, coaching leaders, and helping organizations navigate growth and change.
But some of the most important lessons I've learned haven't come from board rooms or strategy sessions. They've come from parenting, serving my community, walking through life's challenges, and learning what it means to truly show up for people.
