Family comes first—it’s where love starts, faith grows, and real life happens. I believe family is the place where God shows up in the mess, the moments, and the memories. Many of my greatest learning moments start with a family story.

I believe curiosity is the starting point for growth. It’s about asking better questions, exploring new ideas, and staying open to learning—especially when things get uncomfortable. Curiosity keeps us moving forward, both at home and in the work we do.
